While visiting our website (hereafter referred to as “website” or just “site”) using URL the browser of your device “communicates” with our server and sends automatically certain information, which is temporarily stored in a so called “log file”. In the course of this procedure and without any action on your part the following data/information is collected and stored until it is automatically deleted:

  • the website from which our site is being accessed
  • the browser you are using, as well as name of your internet provider and possibly the operating system of your device.

The legal basis for the data processing is the article 6 para.1 p.1 lit. f) GDPR. Our justified and sole interest results from above mentioned purposes of data collection. Under no circumstances do we use these collected data to draw conclusion about your identity.

We use cookies on our website. Those are small files, which are automatically created by the browser you use and stored in the device you use to access our site. Cookies do not damage your device, contain no viruses, Trojan or any other malware.

  • to request the immediate rectification of incorrect and/or completion of your personal data which are stored by us according to the article 16 GDPR;
  • to request deletion of your personal data which are stored by us according to the article 17 GDPR, unless this data processing is necessary to exercise the right of free expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
  • to request the limitation of the processing of your personal data according to the article 18 GDPR as far as you deny the accuracy of your data, or the data processing is illegal, but you yet refuse to cancel them, and if we do not need your data any more, but your do for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have filed an objection against data processing according to the article 21 GDPR;

On our website we use the widespread SSL-method (secure socket layer) combined with the highest encryption that is supported by your browser. It is usually 256 Bit encryption. Should your browser not support 256 Bit encryption, we will use 128 Bit v3 technology instead. You can recognize the encryption on our websites individual pages through the key or closed lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.

Apart from that we use appropriate technical and organizational safety measures to secure your data from accidental or intentional manipulations, partial or complete loss and/or damage and from access through unauthorized third party.
