While visiting our website (hereafter referred to as “website” or just “site”) using URL www.hasselbacher-metalle.de the browser of your device “communicates” with our server and sends automatically certain information, which is temporarily stored in a so called “log file”. In the course of this procedure and without any action on your part the following data/information is collected and stored until it is automatically deleted:

  • to request deletion of your personal data which are stored by us according to the article 17 GDPR, unless this data processing is necessary to exercise the right of free expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
  • to request the limitation of the processing of your personal data according to the article 18 GDPR as far as you deny the accuracy of your data, or the data processing is illegal, but you yet refuse to cancel them, and if we do not need your data any more, but your do for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have filed an objection against data processing according to the article 21 GDPR;

On our website we use the widespread SSL-method (secure socket layer) combined with the highest encryption that is supported by your browser. It is usually 256 Bit encryption. Should your browser not support 256 Bit encryption, we will use 128 Bit v3 technology instead. You can recognize the encryption on our websites individual pages through the key or closed lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.

Apart from that we use appropriate technical and organizational safety measures to secure your data from accidental or intentional manipulations, partial or complete loss and/or damage and from access through unauthorized third party.
